Contact us via Chat or Email: Reach out to us directly with your order number to discuss the issue and attempt to resolve it. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication.
Request a Refund: If the issue persists, and the product does not meet the consumer guarantees, request a refund from the us. Clearly outline the reasons for your request.
Provide Evidence: If necessary, provide evidence to support your claim. This may include photographs of the faulty product, proof of purchase, or any other relevant documentation.
4. PPPow Responsibilities:
PPPow is responsible for:
Providing refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Responding promptly to refund requests.
Cooperating with buyers to resolve issues.
5. Timeframe for Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the written confirmation of refund from the PPPow team. We will not unreasonably delay the refund process.

PPPow may deny a refund if:
The buyer changes their mind.
The buyer discovers they can purchase the product for a lower price elsewhere.
The byer damages the product by misuse or failure to follow care instructions
