1. Consumer Guarantees:
PPPow operates in alignment with the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees include the right to cancel an order if the minimum order quantity for the collective group you are a member of is not fulfilled.

2. Order Cancellation:
As a buyer on PPPow, you cannot cancel orders since you participate in a collective group purchase at a collective price. Accepting cancellations could impact the purchasing power of others. PPPow reserves the right to cancel orders if the minimum order quantity, visible on the product page, is not fulfilled. In case of cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 7 days, with the actual fund receipt time dependent on your bank.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps
Contact us via Chat or Email: Reach out to us directly with your order number to discuss the issue and attempt to resolve it. Many issues can be resolve through direct communication.
Request a Return: If the issue persists, and the product does not meet the consumer guarantees, request a return from us. Clearly outline the reasons for your request.
Provide Evidence: If necessary, provide evidence to support your claim. This may include photographs of the faulty product, proof of purchase, or any other relevant documentation.
